All orders must placed by Midnight Thursday. Once order has been place you will be able to choose to pick up your meals from HQ on Sunday afternoon or have the delivered to you on Monday.
We do deliver to straight to your work place if you have opted for Monday delivery. Make sure to input your work address into the delivery information after checkout!
Our brilliant team starts early Sunday morning which means that your meals will be ready for collection from 5pm to 6.30pm. We also send a message to your registered email address, letting you know that they are available to be picked up.
We do all our deliveries internally using our own drivers and refrigerated vans ensuring that your meals are well cared for throughout the whole process as well as making it easy for us to track the deliveries.
If you have opted for your meals to be delivered to your home rather than your work do not stress as you do not have to be home for us to deliver the goods. Our packaging has been designed to keep your meals fresh for 6-10 hours before placing into your fridge. We charge $5 for delivery but if you opt to pick up we do not charge.
There is a minimum order of 10 meals for the website to allow you to checkout.
We are conscious about our planet's well-being so we endeavor to reuse as much packaging as possible. Please leave the box, insulation and ice pack outside next Monday after your next order, bring them back when you next pick up or you can email us to organise a pickup.
You can find full nutritional panels under the product description of each meal. The basic nutritional are also on your meals packaging.
We strive to use the freshest local ingredients for all our meals and therefore use no preservatives. We also make all our sauces from scratch!
All our meals are designed to last 7 days. We recommend however that all seafood dishes are consumed within 3 days from their cooked date. We also date stamp the meals with the day they were cooked so that you know how long you should keep them for before eating.
